Palu and Donggala, as well as the surrounding areas in Central Sulawesi, were hammered by both a massive 7.5 earthquake and a 3-meter tall tsunami on Friday, September 28. More than two thousand of lives are lost, and majority of the survivors are left without their homes, and access to electricity and clean water.

As Indonesia races to aid the quake and tsunami victims, we at Mahakarya Kapital Group are taking part to support survivors of the earthquake and the tsunami in Central Sulawesi. Mahakarya Kapital and its subsidiary companies donated goods such as food (rice, vegetable oil, sugar), baby food and apparels, clothes, and drink water. The donations was sent to Palu from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport coordinated by DKI Jakarta Provincial Government on October 10.

Mahakarya Kapital Group conveyed heartfelt condolences to the people of Palu and Donggala for the loss of lives, the displacement of families and the widespread damage to property and infrastructure because of this disaster also deepest sympathy and solidarity to the grieving families of the victims and all those affected by this calamity.
