Effective teamwork is an important aspect of any organisation’s success. Teamwork, however, does not occur automatically. It must be developed and nurtured. To foster effective teamwork skills, company can have employees participate in team-building games and activities.

With that objective in mind, PT Borneo Pasifik Global held a corporate outing event on May 23-24, 2016 in Lembang, Greater Bandung, West Java. The event has slogan: “One Family One Spirit”.

Participants were divided randomly into groups of 9 people. Each group had to complete its designated tasks or compete against other group in an outdoor game. Everyone worked together to complete the task at hand. That team building activity helped participants to get to know other members from different department.

The event has common goals: to build good relationships with colleagues and to strengthen teamwork.
