Over the past few years, Borneo Pacific did some major acquisitions to improve its business. In 2011 Borneo Pacific acquired CV Sarana Usaha and two years later Sarana Usaha started  mining projects .

In 2012 , Borneo Pacific acquired Tri Pilar Utama Jaya and Geo Prima Sejahtera, two large companies in South Kalimantan. A year later Borneo Pacific Group created join venture with Gama Group for Borneo Global Pacific as commodity trading company.
